When Will My Subscription Box Be Delivered?

Subscription boxes are shipped 1-3 days after your charge date. Your first box will be shipped 1-3 days after your purchase, and all boxes following will be shipped during the first week of each month.

How Do I Cancel My Monthly Subscription Box?

To cancel your monthly subscription, email us at [email protected]. In order to cancel your delivery for the following month, we must receive your cancellation request on or before the 25th of the month prior.
