Your order will arrive in an eco-friendly box, sealed with reinforced paper tape. We hand pack your box carefully to ensure that all items arrive at your door in great condition and at peak freshness, and that a safe temperature is maintained while your box is in transit. This includes:

• Glass and fragile items are wrapped with protective material
• Delicate fruits and vegetables are packed with protective material to prevent bruising or damage
• Heavy items, like rice, are packed at the bottom of your box
