We do not require you to be at home when your order is delivered. Deliveries will be left at your doorstep or a secured location like an apartment lobby or with a doorman.

All of our deliveries are packaged in temperature-controlled boxes to ensure your orders always arrive fresh. Our boxes are designed to keep your food within a safe temperature range using sustainable insulation and ice packs. If you purchased any perishable foods, we suggest that you refrigerate your box as soon as it arrives. Your box is designed to maintain a food-safe temperature until the end of the day on your scheduled delivery date.
