If you purchased any perishable foods, we suggest that you refrigerate your box as soon as it arrives, but no stress if you’re not around; your box will maintain temperature-safe conditions well beyond the day you are scheduled to receive your order.

All orders containing perishable items are packed the same day they are shipped to maximize the freshness of your products.
