Our boxes are designed to keep your meat within the optimal temperature range using sustainable insulation and ice packs. We suggest that you refrigerate your box as soon as it arrives, but no stress if you’re not around; your box will maintain its food-safe temperature well after your scheduled delivery date.

Per the USDA, thawed meats and seafood are perfectly safe to refreeze. Keep them in the fridge if you plan on eating it in the next couple of days, or freeze them within three days of arrival for meats and within two days for arrival for seafood.
