I Have An Issue With My Order. Who Should I Contact?Updated a year ago

Sorry to hear this! Your experience is important to us so if we can make it right, we will. 

As an online market, we rely on shipping to service our customers. To reduce our carbon footprint, we do not accept returns of any item once it ships. However, if you are unhappy with the quality of a particular item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to remedy the issue.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

For items that arrive damaged or defective, or if you received an item different from what you ordered, please provide photos, where possible, to allow us to expedite a resolution for your issue.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request if you do not make it within 7 days of delivery or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the return policy is being abused.

If, after resolution of your issue, you still have any unopened items on hand, please feel free to donate to a local food back, like Feeding America. Simply enter your zip code into Feeding America's Food Bank Locator to find a facility near you.

Missing items

If you are unable to locate one or more items in your order, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.

Before reaching out to report a missing item, we kindly ask that you thoroughly inspect the packing materials in your box, as items can be found hiding in our different packaging materials

  • Small items may be wrapped in brown kraft paper
  • Some items may fall between the paper lining and the walls of the box
  • For orders containing perishable items, missing products are sometimes found beneath or behind the silver foil bag containing ice and cold items.

Once you’ve had an opportunity to look, please let us know if you’re still able to find the missing item, and we'll be happy to resolve the issue for you.

Please note gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
